Product & Workmanship Warranties

Manufacturer (Material) Warranty
Engineered hardwood flooring is typically covered by a warranty from its manufacturer, separate from anything European Floors Supplier provides directly. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and will be provided when available, at or before the time of purchase.
Workmanship Warranty
Where European Floors Supplier coordinates installation, any workmanship warranty covering that installation labor is a separate matter from the material warranty above. Its scope and duration, if any, are confirmed in a written installation agreement before work begins. See Delivery & Pickup for material handling and the Material Estimator's disclosures for why final installation always requires a separate written agreement.
What Is Not Covered
Natural variation in wood color, grain, and character is not a defect. Damage from moisture, subfloor conditions, improper maintenance, or normal wear is typically outside any warranty; specific exclusions depend on the manufacturer and product and will be provided with your order.
