Delivery & Pickup
No specific delivery timelines, pickup deadlines, storage fees, or shipping-coverage terms have been confirmed by ownership. This page states only general practice; specific terms are confirmed in writing with each order.
Showroom Pickup
Material can generally be picked up from our Route 27 showroom in Princeton by appointment. We will confirm a pickup date once your order is ready.
Delivery
Where delivery is arranged, delivery timing, any delivery fee, and the delivery address are confirmed in writing before the order ships. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date until it has been confirmed with you directly.
Inspecting Your Order
Inspect all cartons and material for visible damage or shortage at the time of delivery or pickup, before installation begins. See Returns, Exchanges & Special Orders for what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Storage
If material needs to be stored before pickup or delivery can be scheduled, any storage arrangement or fee is confirmed with you directly; none is assumed or charged automatically.
